A MARATHON MEETING . . .
Come to MauiFest V and run a Marathon....meeting, that is. You're the host. So bring
your enthusiasm to the convention and share it with all of us!
We provide the format and meeting room, you provide the people. You run it, and
we promise you won't even break a sweat!
- You'll need 4 individuals from your group or area to be registered at the convention.
- Designate which will be the Secretary, Chairperson, Closer and Greeter.
- You then pick a topic that your group feels passionate about.
- Select a day & time that your group would prefer to host your Marathon Meeting by reviewing the program on our website (mauifest.org).
Once you have your four individuals, contact us either by e-mail(info@MauiFest.org)
or leave us a
message on our voice mail (808-891-1808) with your contact information.
We'll then contact you to confirm the time slot for your group as well as the topic that you
have chosen. Inform us at this time who your registered members are and their assigned duties.
We then put you on the program and all you have to do is show up! It's a great way to participate in
MauiFest V and share the Aloha spirit of your group with us.
